Manuka Grove Durif with Matt Nugan

“Our Manuka Grove Durif is a vegan-friendly beauty from my parents’ original farming block in Hanwood, NSW.

This single vineyard red wine is a proud member of our best of the region’s collection, which showcases the best varietals from Australia’s finest wine-growing regions. Durif, otherwise known as Petite Sirah, is a true champion variety grown in the arid climates of the Riverina region where it truly shows its quality and flavour.
Its depth of colour and flavour will rival any red wine and won’t disappoint! On the palate, it’s rich and generous, with black cherry, plum pudding and dark chocolate melded with irresistible earth and vanilla.

This Nugan Estate Durif boasts silky-smooth tannins, generous fruit, intensity, balance and structure. We recommend you pair it with seared lamb rump or caramelised veal shanks with polenta. It also goes perfectly with some bitey cheddar cheese.”
