Wally’s Hut Sauvignon Blanc Winemaking:

The Wally’s Hut Sauvignon Blanc is part of the export range of wines from Nugan Estate. The winemaking team make this wine by hand under the guidance of Nugan Estate’s Chief Winemaker, Daren Owers. We harvest the grapes for this wine in February. This wine consists of pristine parcels of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. These are will be whole bunch bag pressed, clarified and then fermented. The winemaking team use an aromatic yeast at cool temperatures to retain the delicate natural aromas and flavours.
