Talinga Park Moscato

We carefully select the parcels of fruit for the Talinga Park Moscato. Once this step is complete, we then crush, chill and bag press the select parcels. Our winemaking team do this to help preserve delicate fruit flavours and aromas of the juice. Afterwards, we clarify the juice before it goes through a slow, cool fermentation. We do this to ensure there is a combination of the residual sugars and to ensure a perfect balance of the acidity. We then leave the wine to stabilise, while we store it at cool temperatures in order to retain natural spritz prior to bottling.

Winemakers Comments

A “frizzante”(semi-sparkling) styled wine. Pale straw with youthful green hues in appearance, with fragrant aromas of rose petal, honey suckle and
orange blossom that flow to a lively palate of apricot nectar and tropical juices, with zesty spritz on the finish.

Wine & Food Match

This versatile fresh white wine is the perfect afternoon or pre-dinner tipple and is an ideal match with a fruit and cheese platter, or can pair beautifully with a light dessert dish such as lime pannacotta.

Talinga Park Moscato

Talinga Park was once a thriving orange grove and nursery of exotic fruit trees. It is now the name of Nugan Estate’s range featuring wine of exceptional quality. The Talinga Park range continues to over-deliver on both value and quality.
