Talinga Park Sauvignon Blanc
Brilliant straw green in appearance, with a lifted tropical fruit bouquet of pineapple and passionfruit, with a hint of zesty lemon curd and freshly cut lime. These characters flow through to fruit-driven flavours with a bright, refreshingly crisp palate and a lingering finish.
Talinga Park Sauvignon Blanc Winemaking
Pristine parcels of the Talinga Park Sauvignon Blanc were whole bunch bag pressed. The grapes for this wine is from the Goulburn Valley in regional New South Wales. We pick the grapes for this wine in February for optimum ripeness. One we pick the grapes for this wine, we then clarify and then ferment the fruit using an aromatic yeast at cool temperatures. We do this at cool temperatures to retain the delicate natural aromas and flavours of the fruit. Talinga Park was once a thriving orange grove and nursery of exotic fruit trees. It is now the name of Nugan Estate’s range featuring wine of exceptional quality. The Talinga Park range continues to over-deliver on both value and quality and this wine is no exception.
