Talinga Park Pinot Noir

The Talinga Park Pinot Noir is an exceptional wine that over delivers on quality and value. Talinga Park was once a thriving orange grove and nursery of exotic fruit trees. It is now the name of Nugan Estate’s range featuring wine of exceptional quality. The Talinga Park range continues to over-deliver on both value and quality. The grapes for this particular wine come from the Riverina, from the vineyard not too far from the winery.

Talinga Park Pinot Noir Winemaking

To retain the delicate and natural aromas and flavours, we crush and cold macerate the grapes for the Pinot Noir. The grapes are then left in the cold for several days. Once this process is complete, we yeast the grapes and employ the traditional pump over style. This allows the winemaking team to avoid the extraction of bitter tannins. Afterwards, we then ferment the wine and leave it to mature, with a portion of the wine receiving some French Oak treatment during the primary fermentation phase.


This Pinot Noir is brilliant red garnet in colour. It maintains a fragrant bouquet of blood plum, black cherry and allspice. On the palate these flavours are mixed with a palate of complex earthy, dark fruits and savoury tannins.


This wine is a perfect accompaniment to a fig & duck breast salad. As well as charcuterie selections of paté, rillettes and terrines, or a simple tuna nicoise salad. This wine is vegan friendly. This wine is 13 percent alcohol content and we suggest you serve this wine at 18 degrees Celsius.
