Dreamer’s Chardonnay
Premium parcels of selected fruit were crushed, destemmed and bag pressed before undergoing slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine was matured in French oak for a further 12 months to ass complexity and enhance fruit and oak integration, prior to final blending and bottling.
Winemakers Comments
Pale straw with youthful green hues. Lifted aromas of nectarine and peach with mixed spice and cashew. Refreshing crisp and zesty palate of stone fruit and lemon with well integrated oak and a crisp, dry finish.

Marinated baby octopus or pan-fried scallops with artichoke hearts tossed with wild rocket.
